Re-design of my main antagonist, Lady Sulia, ruler of Plains' Watch Keep and High Queen of the Bound Provinces. I like her face more in this one. She's always been a struggle for me, considering I want her to be beautiful, but not overdone/unrealistic. I also want her to be young, but to look like she knows how to handle herself. I think I'm working towards some sort of balance, hopefully.

Been doing a bit of much-needed world building too, and finally decided to incorporate the hawk as her chosen crest. The flag of the Bound Provinces is a deep red, with the hawk emblazoned in shimmering gold.

(Edit: Decided to fudge the texture and border to look more like the other busts I've been posting... I was feeling weird about it >__>)
